Q. Do I have to create an account to purchase from this website?

A. You are not obliged to create an account, but creating an account will make you eligible for discounts and seasonal offers and coupons. We inform account holders of all special offers by email. The ordering process is speedier as well for registered account holders, as they have their details pre-filled during the checkout process.

Additionally, account holders have the ability to view their order history by logging in and clicking 'your account' on the right hand menu.

Q. How long does it take to deliver my order?

A. Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days. In cases of back-orders, we will contact you- by phone or email- and advise anticipated ship date to confirm if date is acceptable.

Q. Can I order over the phone?

A. Yes, of course! You can call Groovy on Grand to place orders directly, during our normal business hours. Our telephone number is 914-271-0700, and we are there Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10:00AM to 6:00PM EST.

Q. How long do I have for returns?

A. All merchandise can be returned*- for any reason- within 15 days of the purchase date. The purchase date is our ship date. You can read our entire Return/Refund Policy under Site Information/Returns.
*With the exception of hats, headbands, earrings, and underwear, which are not returnable, due to hygienic reasons.
